Reisterstown is a small community in Baltimore County just outside of Baltimore.

Carte Blanche Cabs has its facilities located on several acres of land in Reisterstown.

East of Reisterstown itself is the Liberty Reservoir. The Midnighter's Club owns the Full Moon Grill & Pub, which it keeps in the tradition of an English Pub. It uses the pub to entertain out of town guests that do not have to be met on Accorded Neutral Ground under the Unseelie Accords.

Randall Palmer owns several acres of land along the eastern edge of the woods that surround Liberty Reservoir. He has a large Victorian House, stable, workshop, and guest house. The guest house is located far enough from the main house and his workshop that it is outfitted with modern utilities.
