Starting Refresh uses the Dresden Depth rules from the book. Pure Mortals still receive a +2 Refresh Pure Mortal Bonus.

Note: The number of skill points for a starting Submerged game is actually less than given to a Chest Deep game. This is because the base skill level has been increased to Average. This means that any skill not on your character sheet is assumed to be Average(+1) not Mediocre(+0).

Skills

Starting characters will gain skill points as per the table above, using the Skill Pyramid from FateCORE.

Stunts will be designed according to FateCORE. Those stunts found in the Dresden book will be reworked if necessary and found here.

These are designed using the Extras section in FateCORE. The stunts that are in the Dresden RPG book will be reworked and found here).
