This very powerful fetch is one of just a handful of Fetch Princes that via with each other as well as work to undermine the Fetch King. The fetches rule each other by fear, so Raphael is powerful enough that he could give a mortal a lifetime of fears simply by looking at them.

Raphael, for reasons unknown, captured and imprisoned Lucas Ward for several years. While he was able to feed upon Lucas' fears, he would have gained more from other people.
