Radka

Radka is a Dola that has been drawn to the Northeastern coast of the US. She prefers to appear as an elderly woman in her 80s with just enough spy left in her to take a switch to anyone that messes with her.

Radka has appeared in the Brothers War case file where she worked to ensure that the Fate of the city was not unraveled by the appearance of an Outsider. She traveled in a Slavic bathhouse accompanied by a Bannik caretaker.
