 +Charles is a shorter man (5'​6"​) of Hispanic descent. He was born in South Carolina and still carries some of the accent. He keeps his black hair long, but well-kept, to avoid looking too much like a soldier. Unfortunately there is nothing that he can do about his bearing and attitude.
