Anti-Terrorist agent for Department of Homeland Security

A very prickly man who does not tolerate anyone pissing in his pool. Even those who must work closely with him would describe him as a difficult man to deal with on the best occasions.

Agent Phillips was responsible for the security of Mitchell Anderson, who is the only son of Samuel Anderson (currently serving as Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate. Ultimately he was unsuccessful and Mitchell Anderson was killed when his father's house was bombed by the Death Heads.
