Midnighter's Club Lodge

The lodge currently used by the Midnighter's Club was built in 1785 on land purchased by Randall Palmer. The building is constructed using light gray stone and black-streaked white marble. The architecture was Gothic-inspired, but since WWII the inside of the building has been getting steady upgrades.

The address of the club is 1400 Fleet Street, which in the real world this land is occupied by a parking garage.

The nature of wizards and technology is well known, which is why the foyer, receiving rooms, and studies still have candles and lamps. The decor of these rooms speak of an earlier time when a “Gentlemen's Club” did not involve stripping and watered-down booze. The building is listed on the Federal list of Historic Buildings much to Randall's chagrin.

The rear third (1/3) of the building has a large steel door that requires a mechanical key to enter. There is a sign on it that states “NO WIZARDS BEYOND THIS POINT”. Beyond this door are the electronic systems of a typical modern office. Olivia put this safeguard in place when visiting wizards would accidentally go into the wrong areas of the building and destroy them.

The club and its grounds are not considered neutral ground, but there is a coffee shop called Neutral Grounds near John Hopkins that is considered neutral territory under the Unseelie_Accords.
