Frank Williams is a Baltimore Police Detective who works the night shift in neighborhoods that are deems “difficult” for the police. He is strong both physically and mentally, so he has few problems with the local gangers. That does not mean that he has not made enemies. He has busted up several White Court feeding grounds and now finds himself with many Enemies in the White Court making his life difficult.
