A very prickly man who does not tolerate anyone pissing in his pool. Even those who must work closely with him would describe him as a difficult man to deal with on the best occasions.




===== Story =====

Agent Phillips was responsible for the security of [[people:Mitchell Anderson]], who is the only son of [[people:Samuel Anderson]] (currently serving as Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate. Ultimately he was unsuccessful and Mitchell Anderson was killed when his father's house was bombed by the [[groups:Death Heads]].
